The energy sector is transforming at a phenomenal rate, with new demands on the system and ever smarter ways to generate, distribute and manage energy.

Our Energy SIG helps to make links between energy providers, regulators and disruptors to bring a whole-systems approach to the future of energy. Previous events have included a summit between UK and US counterparts in the energy industry held at the University of Cambridge.

This special interest group is championed by Prof Aled Jones (Director of the Global Sustainability Institute, Anglia Ruskin

University), and supported by Dr Chris Hole (The Technology Partnership).

If you are interested in contacting the champion or the supporter of the SIG, please contact us at

You can also contact if you wish to get involved with the SIG.
