Towards Sustainable Aviation: How can the Arc universities work together to reimagine the future of aviation?
6th January 2021 |13:00-14:30
Ranking third in the world, behind only the USA and China, the UK is a big player in the aerospace industry.
Here in the Oxford – Cambridge Arc, there is world-class capability. Our pre-eminence is based on a tradition of deep collaboration; on the rapid application of technology into industrial application.
If we are to make the Government’s target of zero carbon aviation by 2050 a reality, this will take a highly joined-up approach. In this webinar, chaired by Professor Iain Gray CBE, Director of Aerospace at Cranfield University, we will be joined by colleagues from the universities, from airports, from Government and from industry, to look at the challenge in the round.
