Join us this December as we hear from two major players in the carbon capture field, Michael Evans (CEO of Cambridge Carbon Capture) and Dr Chris Coleridge (CEO and Founder of Carbon-13), who will give their insights on the current climate surrounding carbon capture technologies.
In addition to the above speakers and networking opportunities this event will also include a brief AGM for CETC members. The event will be held at HCR Hewitsons‘ office at 50-60 Station Road, Cambridge. Spaces for this event are limited and so early acceptances are advised.

CEO of Cambridge Carbon Capture
Cambridge Carbon Capture have developed advanced mineralisation processes that combine low cost inputs to de-carbonise the emissions, whilst simultaneously producing valuable by-products.
Michael took over as CEO of Cambridge Carbon Capture in 2014. He is passionate about finding a real solution to climate change. To date, he has secured a total of £1.5 million in government grants from UK, EU, and US innovation funds.

Carbon13 is an accelerator for climate change start-up firms. The Carbon13 community is selecting and supporting 1,000 entrepreneurs over 5 years who will build scalable ventures with the potential to reduce carbo emissions by over 400 million tonnes.
Chris is the CEO of Carbon13 and Senior Faculty in Management Practice at Judge Business School. Of the climate emergency Chris says “We have solutions. We just need to enable more of them, and bring them to life faster by bringing teams together and giving them confidence, expert advice and investment to drive forward with their plans and ambitions.”
