Carbon13 is the venture builder for the climate emergency. Carbon13 works with founders to build startups that can reduce CO₂e emissions by millions of tonnes. We have already launched 20 ventures and aim to support over 1,000 entrepreneurs in tackling climate change over our first five years of operation.

Aside from the focus on the talent for venture builder programme, the Talent Manager will also cover the human resources function for the small but growing Carbon13 team.

What you’ll do:

– Manage the talent acquisition for delivery of cohorts back-to-back in Cambridge, Berlin and beyond

– Work directly with the senior management team to execute a global talent strategy

– Liaise with key internal stakeholders from other teams, especially Marketing

– Report on key metrics and team performance.

– Lead and manage partner programmes with universities, student bodies and communities.

– Manage the Human Resources function for Carbon13, with responsibility for payroll, EMI schemes, BCorp certification, performance monitoring and hiring for the growing team
